Surfers Paradise Sand Safari

Writer's picture: GCCtvGCCtv

The 2017 Sand Safari Arts Festival will take centre stage on the sands and streets of Surfers Paradise. It is Asia-Pacific’s leading sand-and-sea-inspired arts event, with an exciting program featuring free sand sculpting workshops, Australian Sand Sculpting Championships, mermaid school and book readings.

We met Internationally renowned UK artist Luke Egan (aka Filthy Luker) and viewed his vibrant collection of inflatable creatures, stretching from Surfers Paradise Beach, along Cavill Avenue and into the Nerang River.

Production by Gold Coast Community TV.
